The Program Compliance Coordinator (PCC) reports to the Compliance Manager and is part of the Quality Improvement team at the State Supported Living Center (SSLC) state office. The position is based anywhere in Texas with routine reporting to the headquarters. It involves travel to SSLCs to monitor compliance with the Department of Justice Settlement Agreement (DOJSA), ICF-IID Conditions of Participation, and State Review findings. The PCC tracks recommendations, assists with development of improvement plans, and provides technical assistance to SSLC staff. There are four PCCs on the team.
Knowledge of laws, public administration, management, statistical analysis, and program planning; ability to analyze facts, devise solutions, develop policies, and communicate effectively; capable of supervising others.
Flexibility in work hours, overtime, extended hours, and rotating on-call schedule required. Military veterans and active-duty personnel are encouraged to apply.
