Job summary

Compcare is seeking a Per-Diem Program Clinician to provide crisis intervention services and clinical assessments in Passaic County, with direct intake, referral, and coordination with prescribers and case managers.

The role requires an MSW with NJ LSW or MA in Psychology with NJ LAC, and a valid driver’s license, with Fridays 9am–5pm shifts. Per diem coverage supports flexible scheduling and growth within a mission-driven nonprofit.

• Provides crisis intervention services to assigned consumers
• Performs crisis intervention, clinical assessments, risk assessments, diagnosis and intakes
• Develops effective service plans and provides consumer with the appropriate referrals to any required services
• Manages consumer caseload and ensures all clinical and administrative documentation adheres to the program’s standards
• Provides direct assistance and clinical support to consumers
• Collaborates with prescribers and case managers
