Job summary

CBH Care in Hackensack, New Jersey seeks a per diem Behavioral Health Assistant to join a multidisciplinary team.

You will provide IMR and crisis intervention, assist with daily living skills, and help implement treatment plans and IRPs. The role requires independent work, travel to consumers’ residences, and medication monitoring in home settings.

Qualifications

• BSW in social work or BA/BS in psychology is required.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities
