Care Plus NJ, Inc. is looking for a part-time Mental Health Worker to supervise and support individuals with severe mental illness in Bergen County. Duties include assisting clients with appointments, medication management, and crisis intervention.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or has significant experience in a residential facility. Flexible hours and competitive wages are offered, alongside various employee benefits.
Between 10 Group Homes in Bergen County (5-10-minute proximity)
24/7 Program, On-site, Part-time, Scheduling varies upon shift and employee availability, and program needs
Ideally looking for 12-16 hours a week; Weekend availability
Hourly: $21.69 - 23.86

As a Mental Health Worker in our Residential Program, you will supervise and support individuals suffering with severe and persistent mental illness in attending appointments, transporting to and from the group home, and refilling medication in our 24/7 residential facilities. You will coordinate program services, communicate observations and information about clients to appropriate staff, provide verbal counseling and crisis intervention services, and help develop Individual Recovery Plans.
