CBH Care in New Jersey is seeking candidates for roles within its behavioral health team. You will supervise and support consumers daily, provide counseling, and assist with daily living activities in a multidisciplinary setting.
The role includes monitoring self-administered medications, delivering medication education, and leading social and therapeutic activities. A crisis intervention capability is required to support individuals when needed.
Provides consumers with daily supervision, supportive counseling, and assistance with their activities of daily living skills
Observes consumer self-administer their prescribed medication and provides daily medication education
Facilitates social, recreational, and therapeutic activities with consumers
Utilizes crisis intervention skills as required
BSW in social work, BA/BS in psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or a related field
BA in an unrelated field with two years of previous experience
AA in a related field with two years of previous experience
Valid Driver’s License
Lyndhurst, Rutherford and Emerson
$19.50 - $20.50 per hour
