Job summary

CBH Care in Paterson, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Rapid Implementation Specialist with a clinical focus to provide psychotherapy and crisis intervention within a treatment team. The role requires licensure in NJ and experience with SPMI populations, with on-call rotation and weekday/evening shifts.

Responsibilities include screening, risk assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning, plus timely clinical and administrative documentation.

Qualifications

• MSW in social work or MA in psychology or counseling.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of New Jersey.
• Previous clinical experience in direct service with the SPMI population.
• Valid Driver’s License.
