Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in McKinney, TX is seeking a Program Chief Engineer (PCE) for the Electronic Warfare Systems product line. You will lead engineering cost, schedule, and technical execution across the program, coordinating IPTs and external vendors, and serve as the main technical POC to the customer.

This onsite role requires DoD Secret clearance and a STEM degree with 10+ years of experience. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in airborne and electronic warfare systems design, use-case development, operational analysis, integration/test and/or system qualification.
• Experience in RF arrays.
• Experience as a Lead Design Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer, Integrated Product Team Lead, Cross Product Team lead, or other, related Engineering Lead.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required after start, with the ability to obtain special program access after start. U.S. Citizenship is required as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the Program Chief Engineer responsible for engineering execution across the program, including technical, schedule, and cost aspects.
• Establish program vision and goals aligned with customer requirements.
• Serve as primary technical POC with customer senior technical counterparts.
• Coordinate engineering activities across IPTs and disciplines to meet performance, cost, and schedule constraints.
• Guide digital engineering strategy and manage technical risk and opportunities.
