Job summary

Northeast Arc is seeking a Program Case Manager/Driver to support participants in our community-based day and work programs. You will supervise and provide skill-building support while safely transporting participants to program sites and community locations.

The role emphasizes caring, responsibility, and a team mindset, with opportunities to contribute to meaningful outcomes for individuals with disabilities within a supportive nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; clear written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• supervise and support participants in community-based day and work programs.
• conduct daily transportation runs per regulations.
• facilitate skills development and meaningful activities aligned to goals.
• assist participants at volunteer/work sites and community outings.
• maintain accurate program records and daily documentation.
• communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff.
• operate program vehicles safely per policy and regulations.
• collaborate with Program Director to ensure high-quality service.
