Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; two years of supervisory experience in a human service delivery program OR related certification plus one year supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree and one year supervisory experience in behavioral health or programs preferred.
• Experience with SAVRY assessment and service planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program and case management services in assigned facilities to ensure quality and accessibility.
• Monitor compliance with programs and case management policies and support staff training.
• Lead policy development, training, and quality assurance activities within OBHS and facilities.
• Coordinate with facility staff and regional administration to plan, implement, and review program services.
• Manage staffing processes, performance documentation, and facility chart audits.
