Collin College is seeking an administrative support assistant to backstop CHEC operations and assist with projects, programs, and special events in the administration building.
You will manage data, prepare reports, greet visitors, and assist with purchasing and budgeting tasks using Workday, contributing to a well-organized office environment and effective service delivery.

Provide administrative support to the Collin Higher Education Center (CHEC) administration building and assist with projects, programs, and special events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. Positions in this class typically include talking, hearing, seeing, grasping, standing, walking and repetitive motions, plus stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching. Relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards. Office environment. Little physical effort required.
Associate degree from an accredited institution and two (2) years of administrative office experience. Equivalency Language High school/GED and four (4) years of administrative office experience.
