Collin College seeks a seasoned professional to coordinate faculty development programs, oversee the Master Teacher Program, and advance evidence-based teaching practices to support teaching excellence and professional growth.
You will facilitate faculty learning opportunities, plan and coordinate workshops and Faculty Development Days, and monitor progress and outcomes to continuously improve instructional quality.

We are searching for candidates that meet the required qualifications and experience and are able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
Coordinate and implement faculty development programs and initiatives that support teaching excellence and professional growth. Oversee the Master Teacher Program, facilitate faculty learning opportunities, and assist with the planning and coordination of faculty-focused training and professional development events that promote evidence-based instructional practices and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
