Full Time Clerical In State Remote
Salary Range: $19.55 To $26.45 Hourly
Status: Full-time | Location: Remote/ Hybrid at Tempe Clinic
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
The Program Care Coordinator provides administrative, coordination, and operational support across CPR programs to ensure timely access to care, continuity of services, and effective communication between internal teams and external partners. This role supports referral processing, scheduling, documentation, outreach, and coordination of care while upholding CPR’s standards for professionalism, accuracy, and client-centered service.
Program Care Coordinators work collaboratively with clinical teams, leadership, and community partners to support program operations and ensure contractual, clinical, and service timelines are met.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare administration, care coordination, or a related field.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field preferred.
Ability to qualify as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), if required by program.
Relevant experience may be substituted for education where appropriate.
