Job summary

  • Two years of related programmatic experience or a master’s degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Sufficient MS Office and Salesforce proficiency for reporting and grants work.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative, operational, and facilitation tasks for portfolio meetings.
  • Support grantmaking processes, site visits, reviews, and grant summaries.
  • Maintain RWJF platforms and communications for programs.
  • Engage grantees, partners, and experts to develop strategies and action plans.
  • Assist in program development and track grants with monthly/quarterly reports.
