Job summary

The position emphasizes collaboration with grantees, staff, and external partners to advance RWJF’s mission. You'll support leadership in coordinating workplans, evaluating proposals, and managing events and activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in philanthropic practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex topics.
• Experience coordinating multiple tasks and delivering results on time.
• Ability to conduct secondary research and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Experience or interest in health equity and social determinants of health.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Operations: support day-to-day governance and coordination.
• Program Development: assist in designing and scaling grantmaking and initiatives.
• Grantmaking: help evaluate proposals and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to implement strategies and events.
