Job summary

USCRI seeks a Program Assistant in Arlington, VA to provide key programmatic and outreach support for TVAP/Aspire. The role involves coordinating referrals, assisting with data collection, reporting, and budget tracking, and helping with trainings and documentation.

The position reports to the Associate Director of Trafficking Services and requires a bachelor’s degree in health/social services or related fields, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in health and social services, international affairs, immigration policy or related field.
  • Associate degree with two years relevant experience acceptable.
  • Experience with victims of trafficking or related programs preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; strong data reporting skills helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact and manage referrals and inquiries.
  • Coordinate service referrals from providers, agencies and survivors.
  • Support day-to-day program operations and trainings.
  • Assist with network outreach and partner communications.
  • Develop and maintain program database and reports.
  • Assist with budget tracking and audits as needed.
  • Prepare correspondence and administrative documentation.
