Salary Range: $15.00 To $17.00 Hourly
OVERVIEW
The Program Assistant will work with various team members in the Refugee Services Department. Assisting the team and cases by assessing client needs, assisting in the development and implementation of service plans, recommending, and obtaining needed services, gathering information necessary for case managers to assist clients in obtaining support that will ensure their self-sufficiency. This may include assisting with various administrative tasks, as well as direct services provided to USCRI's clients. The successful candidate must be committed to immigration and human rights issues and be able to conduct advocacy, education, and other outreach activities.
