JOB SUMMARY: As a Program Assistant - Project STAGE within the Advanced Technology Division, your primary responsibilities include providing direct support to students seeking assistance with instructional programs. You’ll also ensure compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Specific duties involve assisting instructors with preferred programs of study, addressing student concerns, and managing phone inquiries related to the division’s programs.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires an ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, reach up, stoop, and carry items occasionally in excess of twenty-five (25) pounds. It also requires manual dexterity to operate standard office machines, such as, copier, fax, calculator, telephone, and other equipment as necessary. IRSC expects its employees to follow proper safety standards while employed by the College.
