Job summary

Indian River State College (IRSC) seeks a Program Assistant - Project STAGE within the Advanced Technology Division to support students with instructional programs and ensure FERPA compliance. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Cloud is required.

You will assist instructors with programs of study and handle student inquiries. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic college environment.

Ability to interact professionally and politely with the students, the public, and college faculty & staff.
An associate’s degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the instructor with the various student preferred programs of study.
Assist the students with college related issues or concerns.
Answering the phone and providing information regarding the programs and redirect calls as necessary.
