The role involves handling calls, scheduling, filing, data entry, and reporting, while contributing to a positive team atmosphere and coordinated service delivery for clients and staff in Wenatchee, WA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in office or administrative work required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for Crisis and Outpatient teams, including calls, filing, scheduling, and data entry.
• Attend team staffings and record minutes, update trackers and reports.
• Support calendar management, travel documentation, expenses, and meeting logistics.
• Represent the agency at community meetings as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
