The ideal candidate will manage budgets, payroll for staff, and purchase orders, while coordinating payments and maintaining critical documentation and portals for AP testing and assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience with budget management, payroll, accounting, procurement, and/or fiscal management.
• Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Google and Facilities Direct.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Procure goods and services; manage payments and contracts.
• Create and process purchase orders.
• Manage the purchase card, travel card, fuel cards, direct pays, and review iExpenses for accuracy.
• Assist with compiling mailings and assessment materials for distribution.
• Document, track and manage payroll, leave, and pay for part-time employees, including payroll for Project Graduation.
• Help prepare, track, and monitor the Office's budget and the budget for Project Graduation.
• Initiate and track work orders for building maintenance and office machines.
• Maintain the LCPS online payment portal for AP Testing and communicate payment information with schools.
