PA Masonic Youth Foundation, part of Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania, seeks a Program Assistant. This remote, part-time role (10 hours/week) supports administrative tasks and program activities from the Elizabethtown campus area, with required local travel to Pittsburgh when needed.
Responsibilities include clerical duties, receptionist tasks, calendar management, and data entry. Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.
Remote | Part Time | Flexible Hours - 10 hours per week
This position will be based in Pittsburgh or the surrounding area in order to reliably provide local support as needed.
Pay: $15 - $19/hour (Based on experience)

The Pennsylvania Masonic Youth Foundation is a non-profit foundation dedicated to the development of leadership and character among the youth of Pennsylvania. Since 1982, the foundation has provided a continuing expansion of resources, training, scholarships, and leadership to educational institutions and youth organizations across the commonwealth.
The Mission of the Pennsylvania Masonic Youth Foundation is to lead the Masonic Fraternity in providing services on behalf of young people, and training for adults who work for the betterment of youth.
To accomplish this Mission, the Foundation will enhance the programs of the Masonic Youth Groups, support initiatives to keep children safe from violence, abuse and exploitation, and provide specialized education for adults who offer leadership to youth in the Commonwealth.
