The Alzheimer's Association in Bismarck, ND is seeking a part-time Program Assistant to support grant reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks for the North Dakota program team. This role helps advance Care & Support initiatives and ensures compliance with grant requirements.
This position is 20 hours per week with no benefits. The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree and 3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced setting, with strong data management and Microsoft Office
This position provides support to the North Dakota Program Director and program team in advancing Care and Support initiatives, fulfilling grant-related objectives, and achieving established performance metrics. Primary responsibilities include data entry, grant reporting, and administrative support. This position is partially grant funded and will help to fulfill requirements of a contract with the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services, Aging Services Section.
