U.S. Dream Academy is seeking a Program Assistant to support elementary and middle school students during after-school programming in Baltimore, MD. The role focuses on academic support, enrichment activities, and creating a structured, welcoming environment for youth.

For more than 25 years, U.S. Dream Academy has worked to empower children and young people through academic support, character development, and mentoring, with a special focus on children impacted by incarceration. We partner with schools and communities to provide young people with the support, relationships, and opportunities they need to reach their potential.
TheProgram Assistantis an essential part of our Learning Center team and works directly with elementary and middle school students during after-school programming. This role is ideal for someone with experience inyouth development and/or educationwho enjoys engaging with young people, supporting their academic and personal growth, and helping create a positive and structured environment where students can thrive.

Experience working with children or youth in aschool, after-school program, summer program, mentoring program, recreation program, or similar settingis strongly preferred.Retired educators are encouraged to apply.
