Job summary

Markel Group is seeking a Program Manager to support operations and processes for Program clients. You will establish and maintain the documentation framework and analyze programs to support reporting and ensure business expectations are met.

You will manage the operational setup of reporting and data analytics for new accounts, collaborate with internal departments to monitor risk, and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, math, or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of data analysis experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develops and provides analysis on business metrics.
• Responsible for support related to business metrics and reporting.
• Prepare presentations and reports on an ongoing basis.
• Special projects, other duties, and responsibilities, as requested.
• Cultivate and exhibit subject matter expertise in assigned areas of responsibility.
