Job summary

Canvas II, LLC is seeking a senior Program Analyst to support the AFLCMC/WAM, F-16 division at Eglin AFB, FL. You will analyze program data, track performance, and prepare briefings for U.S. and foreign partners.

Responsibilities include supporting multiple F-16 programs, coordinating with teams, and applying AFLCMC policies. A current Secret clearance and 10+ years in DoD analysis are required. Will travel CONUS for program meetings.

Qualifications

• Active or current Secret security clearance verifiable in DISS.
• Master’s or Doctoral Degree with 10+ years DoD DoW/DoD experience, or Bachelor’s with 12+ years DoD DoW/DoD experience; or 15+ years direct related DoD experience with certifications.
• Knowledge of AFLCMC policies, processes, and USAF administrative guidelines.
• Ten years of admin/analysis support and two years in a DoD acquisition program.

Job description

Program Analyst Support, senior level will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center WAM (AFLCMC/WAM) directorate, F-16 division at Eglin AFB, FL.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to various F-16 programs and support teams working on one or multiple programs.
• Research and analyze QF-16 program data, track program performance and requirements, identify trends and program risk and provide recommendations to the F-16 program office.
• Assist in planning, organizing, completing, and present assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures.
• Assist to evaluate implications of existing or proposed projects, programs, processes, and policies/laws and recommend improvements.
• Assist to gather, analyze, evaluate, and document information required by program or project managers and foreign customers and provide daily administrative support with minimal or no assistance, utilizing AFLCMC policies, and analytical methods or techniques.
• Assist in preparing briefings and reports, and document meetings, plans, and discussions with U.S. and foreign parties as applicable.
• Accomplish CONUS travel in support of F-16 program meetings, reviews, audits, and other activities held at U.S. government and Contractor facilities.

Requirements

• Must have at least an active or current Secret security clearance verifiable in the Defense Information for Security (DISS).
• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a related field and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, at least five (5) of which must be in the DoW/DoD OR bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoW/DoD OR a minimum of fifteen (15) years of direct related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) of which must be in the DoW/DoD.
• Recommend extensive administrative skills and knowledge of AFLCMC policies, processes, and applicable guidance, as well as knowledge of fighter aircraft technology and USAF administrative guidelines.
• Recommend a minimum of ten (10) years of administrative/analysis support experience, and two (2) years of experience in a Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition program.
