Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead program resource management, financial planning, and compliance for the Federal Solutions team in the US. The role partners with customers and functional groups while guiding staff and driving proposals and contract negotiations.

The position requires a decade of experience in finance or program control, familiarity with CAS/FAR, and this role may involve up to 25% travel, including presenting financial analyses to leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of industry related experience in finance, accounting or program control.
• Knowledge of Government Cost Accounting Standards, and the FAR.
• Experience with government budgeting, forecasting and annual operating plan development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and SAP (or similar).
• Experience presenting financial analysis to team and/or management.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Current US Government Secret security clearance

Job Description

In this role, you will lead program resource management, financial planning and analysis, subcontractor funding, compliance reporting, and business development support while guiding staff and partnering with customers and functional teams.

What You'll Be Doing

What Required Skills You'll Bring

What Desired Skills You'll Bring

• MBA or CPA certification
• Experience with Earned Value Management
• Understanding of DOD contracts,
• Previous experience managing/supervising a program, project, or personnel. This may be a lead position on a team.
• Experience with Unanet, Costpoint, and Salesforce.
• Current US Governement Top Secret security Clearance

Salary Range

$125,100.00 - $225,200.00
