BCS Allegient is hiring a Program Analyst to support a federal client in Arlington, VA. This full-time, onsite role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience managing programs or projects.

You will assist with administration, prepare investment packages, track budgets, and generate detailed reports to support mission-critical decision making in a fast-paced government context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience monitoring programs and/or projects.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to prepare and present responses clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist program officers by gathering, compiling, documenting, and distributing input for reviews and events.
• Prepare investment packages and ensure completeness according to guidance.
• Review investment packages for policy compliance and obtain management approval.
• Monitor schedules and budgets to ensure timely execution of actions.
• Review external system data against internal records and report discrepancies.
