Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of experience conducting studies and preparing reports.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides in-depth analytical, administrative and program management support.
• Researches and investigates need for changes in project scope and implements updates.
• Follows reporting systems, data gathering and evaluation methodologies.
• Develops and maintains program documentation and technical reports; conducts assessments.
• Monitors progress and customer satisfaction; provides periodic status reports.
• Facilitates communication between the client and external agencies.
