Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst/Logistician to support NSWCCD in Norfolk, VA. You will provide program management, analytical and financial reporting, and prepare briefing charts while updating schedules and documenting client inputs.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent written and oral communication. Must be capable of independent or team work and meet security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2–5 years of experience conducting studies and preparing reports on feasibility and cost effectiveness.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and strong interpersonal judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provides in depth analytical, administrative and program management support.
• Researches and investigates changes in project scope and implements changes as needed.
• Follows reporting systems, data gathering and analytical techniques, and system evaluation methodology.
• Develops and maintains program documentation and technical reports, conducts assessments and communicates results.
• Contributes to evaluation, analysis and development of recommended solutions.
• Monitors program progress and customer satisfaction; provides periodic status reports.
• Facilitates communication between the client and external agencies; prepares program correspondence.
