Job summary

Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) seeks a Program Analyst for CNSSC Operational Support Field. The position requires at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-11, with proven skills in Office tools and Navy training databases.

Candidates should understand Navy training lifecycles (A-School, C-School), training validation and funding processes, and be able to communicate confidently with civilian and military leaders.

Qualifications

• At least one year of specialized experience at GS-11 level or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Navy training databases CeTARS and CANTRAC.
• Ability to apply basic statistical and qualitative analysis techniques.
• Understanding of Navy training lifecycles (A-School, C-School, and general military training).
• Knowledge of Navy training requirements validation and funding processes (Resource Sponsor, NETC, Fleet).
• Ability to communicate confidently with civilian GS-13/14s, O-4/O-5 officers, and E-9 Master Chiefs.
