Program Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

• Plan for and coordinate the development of comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and program evaluation, providing management with information to enhance initiatives and strategic plans.
• Analyze the implementation of new policies, allocate necessary resources, and oversee the development of facilities, systems, and budget analyses for the program.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience supporting the development of program documentation in accordance with DoD regulations and directives.
• Experience with DoD financial processes and systems.
• Experience managing DoD or Federal Government Interagency Agreements (IAA).
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of program support experience for defense or intelligence programs, or 12+ years of experience without a degree.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience supporting GS-15 level program and portfolio managers.
• Experience with IT customer engagement and payment processing.
• Skills in managing schedules, correspondence, meetings, issues, and action items, as well as analyzing information for trends and consolidating data for senior decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Security Clearance:

Applicants must be eligible for a TS/SCI security clearance, which involves a security investigation.

Compensation:

The projected salary range is $55,300 to $126,000 annually, depending on various factors such as location, education, experience, and organizational needs.
