Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, education, instructional design or related field.
  • Familiarity with the ethics and internal justice system of a multilateral development bank is valuable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with survey analysis and reporting experience.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with survey and data tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, deliver, and track monthly learning sessions for RWAs across multiple time zones.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of innovative learning experiences including micro‑learning and the “Case of the Month” initiative, based on identified RWA learning needs.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of learning programs and workshops with practitioners, ensuring high-quality participant experience and effective coordination.
  • Design and administer structured survey instruments and contribute to learning analytics by synthesizing participant feedback into actionable summaries.
  • Undertake additional assignments and provide back-up support functions as required by the Head of EIJ Client Services.
