Job summary

The World Bank Group is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Ethics and Internal Justice Services. Based in Washington, DC, you will coordinate learning sessions, develop content for the RWA program, and prepare analytical reports while maintaining strict confidentiality.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging learning experiences, manage surveys, and contribute to program analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with ethics and internal justice systems in multilateral organizations is valuable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including survey analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage sensitive/confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, plus data management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, deliver, and track monthly learning sessions for RWAs across time zones.
  • Lead development of innovative learning experiences, including Case of the Month, from identified needs.
  • Support preparation and delivery of learning programs and workshops with practitioners.
  • Design surveys and contribute to learning analytics by summarizing feedback.
  • Provide back-up support to Head of EIJ Client Services and perform additional assignments.
