Job summary

The World Bank Group, based in Washington, DC, seeks a Program Analyst to manage learning sessions and coordinate the “Case of the Month” program within the Ethics and Internal Justice Services vice presidency. The role emphasizes project management, content development, reporting, and stakeholder coordination in a confidential, multicultural environment.

You will design and deliver modules, analyze feedback, and prepare communications for internal audiences, reporting to the Head of EIJ Client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Masters’s degree in law, education, instructional design or related discipline with 2 years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with ethics and internal justice systems in multilateral development banks is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with survey/reporting experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, deliver, and track monthly learning sessions for RWAs across multiple time zones.
• Lead the development and enhancement of innovative learning experiences including micro-learning, scenario-based content, including the “Case of the Month” initiative, based on identified RWA learning needs.
• Support the preparation and delivery of learning programs and workshops with practitioners, ensuring high-quality participant experience and effective coordination.
• Design and administer structured survey instruments and contribute to learning analytics by synthesizing participant feedback into actionable summaries.
• Undertake additional assignments and provide back-up support functions as required by the Head of EIJ Client Services.
