StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst, Journeyman for an on-site role at Patuxent River, MD. The incumbent will perform budgeting, financial analysis, and acquisition documentation to support DoN programs.

Responsibilities include developing PIDs, SOWs, and CDRLs, tracking schedules, and providing status updates on AMS Tools and CSPT. A BA/BS is required; substitution options are available as described in the job listing.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of professional experience required.
• Experience with AMS tools and CSPT.
• NERP experience and permissions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• BA/BS degree required; substitutions allowed as described.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, funding execution, acquisition, document management, and financial data analysis.
• Provide updates to NAVAIR AMS Tools and advise on status of actions.
• Develop program documentation such as PIDs, SOWs, and CDRLs.
• Track program status, schedules, and data management.
• Apply DoD policies and PPBE life-cycle management.
• Support with management activities and special projects.
