The ideal candidate has 3–10 years in program management, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Salary ranges from $74,000 to $112,000 with comprehensive benefits and a commitment to DoD acquisition excellence.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of program/project management experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required with ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required; substitutions allowed.
• Experience with AMS tools (CDRL, PMT, CSPT) and MS Office Suite.
• Experience drafting contract sections B-J.
• Background supporting DoD acquisition programs.

StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full-Time **Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman**

to join our team in supporting a NAVAIR program office in Patuxent River, MD. The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements.

Essential Job Duties

• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules.
• Develops program acquisition documentation such as PIDs, SOWs, and CDRLs.
• Provides updates to NAVAIR AMS Tools (CDRLs, PMT, and CSPT) and advises Government on status of financial and procurement actions.
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules, configuration management, data deliverables, and Data Management activities.
• Applies SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation to support programs/project through PPBS and life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series).
• Processes program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.

Required Experience

• 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Working knowledge of AMS suite of tools, i.e CDRL, PMT, CSPT.
• Verifiable PMT and CSPT experience.
• Verifiable experience processing PIDs from start to finish.
• Experience drafting contract sections B-J

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, OneNote, Planner).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Experience

• Budget Balancing Skills.
• At least four (4) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and at least two years professional experience in NAVAIR AMS Suite of Tools (CDRLs, PMT, and CSPT), technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development.
• Experience providing critical program management support for major DoD acquisition systems with multiple appropriations and multiple type/model/series aircrafts and/or systems.

Required Education

• BA/BS degree.

Allowable Education Substitutions

• Associates Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree.
• Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree.

Security Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated salary range for this position is $74,000.00 - $112,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
