Zusammenfassung

Anglicotech, LLC seeks a Financial Audit & Reconciliation Analyst in Mechanicsburg, PA, with hybrid work and on-site support at client sites. The role requires 3–6 years of GAAP/audit-related experience, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities include E&C remediation, reconciling ordnance data, site-visit support, and auditor liaison. Travel up to 25–30% may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Management related field.
• 3–6 years of progressive, relevant experience supporting audit response, audit remediation, internal controls, financial processes, and/or accounting with GAAP, SFFAS, and/or relevant OMB policies for State or Federal Government agencies or large, complex companies (greater than 1,000 employees).
• Experience performing complex reconciliation and data analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in a SCIF (as needed).

Aufgaben

• Existence and Completeness (E&C) Baseline Support: Support the remediation of E&C deficiencies related to DA-managed, DAF-managed, and Contractor-managed ordnance.
• Support acceleration of ordnance data reconciliations including third-party systems such as DAF’s TICMS to OIS.
• Perform targeted IPA site-visit support across DA-managed, DAF-managed, and contractor-managed ordnance locations.
• Maintain site-visit schedules, draft pre-visit preparation packages, and coordinate site visit support.
• Assist in preparing formal responses to auditor inquiries and support remediation of real-time issues.
• Support sustainment of Advana roll forward tool.
• Support E&C roll-forward testing by validating inventory movements, preparing reconciled population files, analyzing responses, and compiling audit-ready documentation packages.
• Coordinate closely with Navy commands, subordinate activities, and BSOs to verify that E&C evidence remains accurate, current, and fully traceable.
• Identify and resolve transaction discrepancies, asset movement mismatches, and acceptable documentation gaps in real time to prepare.
• Prepare transaction level support files to facilitate smooth execution of IPA walkthrough and substantive testing

Location:

• Hybrid
• This position is located in Mechanicsburg, PA.
• On-site 2-3 times per week at client site at Naval Supply Systems Command Ammunition Logistics Center (NALC)

Travel:

• May require up to 25-30% travel to support site visits as needed
• Level II: $85,000 - $95,000
• Level III: $112,500 - $122,500
• Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certifications, technical qualifications, security clearance, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

• Assist in preparing formal responses to auditor inquiries and support remediation of real-time issues

Required Certifications:

• One of the following professional certifications: CPA, CISA, CIA, CGFM or CDFM.

Security Clearance:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Management related field
• 3-6 years of progressive, relevant experience supporting audit response, audit remediation, internal controls, financial processes, and/or accounting with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), SFFAS, and/or relevant OMB policies for State or Federal Government agencies or large, complex companies (greater than 1,000 employees)
• Experience performing complex reconciliation and performing data analysis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) (as needed)
