Job summary

Anglicotech, LLC is seeking an Installations Subject Matter Expert (Junior) for an on-site role at Quantico, VA. The candidate will maintain the local IMS, draft Monthly Status Reports, and provide engineering analysis across Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, Civil/Structural, and Fire Protection disciplines to ensure UFC compliance and proper design submissions for Government review.

Required is a BS degree in a technical or business-related field and 3–5 years of Installations SME

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in business-related or technical degree.
• 3–5 years of experience as Installations SME or related role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the local IMS on a continuous weekly basis and draft Monthly Status Reports for Quantico operations to provide comprehensive program visibility to Government leadership
• Support the planning cell to provide advisory facilities and environmental planning recommendations for final Government review and Master Planner approval.
• Provide technical engineering analysis and design reviews across Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, Civil/Structural, and Fire Protection disciplines to ensure all project submissions comply with UFC and local building codes.
• Develop code compliant statements of Architectural and Engineering services (and Design-Build Requests for Proposal to satisfy facility requirements for delivery to Government Engineering Design Manager for review and approval.
• Draft preliminary Statements of Work and Performance Work Statements, and compiling historical cost data and market research to assist the Government in developing final requirements and Independent Government Cost Estimates, without signing contracts, obligating funds, or negotiating with vendors.
• Monitor execution metrics and technical compliance data of third-party facility support service providers to protect government assets and maintain equipment readiness.

• This position is located at Quantico, VA.
• A salary range of $71,250 - $92,150 is available for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certificates, technical qualifications, security clearance, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Security Clearance:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in business-related or technical degree
• 3 - 5 years of experience Installations SME or related role
