Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely project data in designated systems.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure program timelines.
• Analyze program data to produce reports and dashboards.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings; prepare materials and notes.
• Support testing of new tools and develop user guides and SOPs.
• Provide administrative support to Program Managers and team members.
