Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in a project support or analyst role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely project data within designated systems to support reporting and visibility.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure alignment with program timelines.
• Review project artifacts and flag risks, inconsistencies, or gaps for Program Manager awareness.
• Support resolution of invoicing and payment issues in coordination with Contracting and Finance.
• Analyze program data to produce reports and dashboards reflecting project status, funding, and performance.
• Monitor data quality and ensure consistency across systems and reporting outputs.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings; prepare materials and notes.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in testing new tools and systems to support program operations.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Program Managers and team members.
