Job summary

Innovas is seeking a Program Analyst (Intern) to support the Senior Program Manager with project data input, analysis, and reporting while coordinating meetings and tracking action items.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of project support experience, with strong communication and detail orientation. Remote internship across multiple U.S. states; internships are offered as Skillbridge opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a project support or analyst role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project data within designated systems to support reporting and visibility.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure alignment with program timelines.
• Review project artifacts and flag risks, inconsistencies, or gaps for Program Manager awareness.
• Support resolution of invoicing and payment issues in coordination with Contracting and Finance.
• Analyze program data to produce reports and dashboards reflecting project status, funding, and performance.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare materials, notes, and action items.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide administrative support to Program Managers and team members.
