A leading defense contractor is seeking a Program Analyst for the Indian Incentive Program, providing analytical support to ensure efficient processing of incentive payments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in federal acquisition or program analysis, coupled with strong data analysis and communication skills. This full-time role offers the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance program participation and effectiveness.

Formación

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in federal acquisition, small business programs, or program analysis.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition regulations and contracting processes (FAR/DFARS).
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Indian Incentive Program.
• Track, review, and update incentive payment requests.
• Assist in the development of IIP guidance and policy documentation.
• Compile and analyze program data for compliance tracking.
• Draft reports and briefings for OSBP leadership.
• Coordinate with tribal business representatives and contractors.
• Assist in planning outreach events and training sessions.
