A leading defense contractor is seeking a Program Analyst for the Indian Incentive Program, providing analytical support to ensure efficient processing of incentive payments. Qualifications
At least 3 years of relevant experience in federal acquisition, small business programs, or program analysis.
Familiarity with DoD acquisition regulations and contracting processes (FAR/DFARS).
Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of the Indian Incentive Program.
Track, review, and update incentive payment requests.
Assist in the development of IIP guidance and policy documentation.
Compile and analyze program data for compliance tracking.
Draft reports and briefings for OSBP leadership.
Coordinate with tribal business representatives and contractors.
Assist in planning outreach events and training sessions.
