Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in federal acquisition, small business programs, or program analysis.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition regulations and contracting processes (FAR/DFARS).
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Indian Incentive Program.
• Track, review, and update incentive payment requests.
• Assist in the development of IIP guidance and policy documentation.
• Compile and analyze program data for compliance tracking.
• Draft reports and briefings for OSBP leadership.
• Coordinate with tribal business representatives and contractors.
• Assist in planning outreach events and training sessions.
