Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Program Analyst 3 to help improve Veterans’ Homes programs and services. You will study information, analyze initiatives, and develop recommendations to support planning and future service improvements for BVH.

Qualifications

• One year as a Program Analyst 2 or equivalent
• Three years of analytical experience with program evaluation and development of program recommendations
• Equivalent combination of experience and training

Responsibilities

• Program Research: conduct studies and analyze initiatives to measure program success and align work with agency goals
• Facility Operations: review findings and prepare recommendations to improve efficiency
• Grant Coordination: develop grant applications, monitor compliance, and ensure funding requirements are met
• Data Reporting: create quarterly and annual reports by analyzing program data and presenting performance metrics
• Program Evaluation: design evaluations, develop data collection strategies, and analyze information for complex programs
• Team Leadership: lead cross-functional teams in studying new products, testing solutions, and preparing summary reports
