Qualifications

• Bachelor's-level education in a related field (Public Policy, Public Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics).
• 2–3 years of specialized experience in program/management analysis or related fields.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program and operational data to identify trends and recommendations.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
• Support financial reporting for SBA lending and lender oversight programs.
• Evaluate operations and contribute to program evaluations and cost analyses.
• Coordinate complex projects and track actions.
• Compile and analyze data from multiple sources.
