Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and program support for FAA projects and teams.
  • Maintain rosters, calendars, and contact lists.
  • Coordinate mail distribution and express services.
  • Assist with meeting planning and travel arrangements.
  • Review project status and funding balances.
  • Support labor reclassification and funds reconciliation.
  • Process travel authorizations and vouchers in E2 system.
  • Review PCARD transactions and related documentation.
