Job summary

Astrion in Nashua, NH seeks a Program Analyst to support FAA on the PSS contract. This full-time role requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and US citizenship.

You will coordinate project funds, manage calendars, and assist with travel and procurement tasks across multiple teams. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in a fast-paced government environment.

Responsibilities

  • We provide administrative and program support for FAA projects and teams.
  • We maintain the office roster, phone list, recall roster, and team calendars.
  • We distribute updated roster information and related materials as directed by leadership.
  • We coordinate mail handling, reproduction center activities, and express mail services.
  • We assist with offsite meeting planning, including reserving conference rooms.
  • We maintain KSN for the group or team.
  • We support team travel coordination in the E2 travel system, including reviewing travel authorizations and vouchers for obligations.
  • We assist Fund Certification Officers by gathering data, performing research, and identifying issues.
  • We apply knowledge of CWP, Delphi, PRISM, PCARD module, REGIS, US Bank Purchase Card, and E2 to project funds management.
  • We review project status and funding balances.
  • We support labor reclassification to correct project and asset assignments.
  • We help Fund Certification Officers reconcile project funds.
  • We review US Bank purchase card transactions, attach supporting documents, add comments, and reallocate each line item.
  • We review PRISM PCARD TPCs and PCAs.
