Job summary

A3 Technology, Inc. seeks a Program Analyst or Business Analyst to support FAA PIR activities. The role involves cost-benefit and schedule analyses, data review, and coordinating with FAA offices. Limited remote work is possible; primarily on-site in the DC area.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in program or business analysis, with strong report-writing and stakeholder collaboration skills, and must be US-authorized to work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; business-related fields preferred.
  • 10–15 years of relevant professional experience in program or business analysis.
  • Experience conducting cost-benefit and schedule/cost analyses.
  • Ability to translate findings into clear reports, briefings, and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical, financial, program management, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited direction after onboarding.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • On-site work during scheduled hours; US citizenship or work eligibility required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cost-benefit, schedule, and program-performance analyses.
  • Review PIR documents for completeness and readiness.
  • Support PDRAs to verify required documentation and data.
  • Analyze planned vs actual costs, schedules, and benefits.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and additional documentation needs.
  • Prepare reports, executive briefings, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with FAA offices and stakeholders to validate information.
  • Update PIR training materials to reflect current guidance.
  • Support PIR-related training sessions for programs.
