Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Program Analyst II to support the Bureau of Diplomatic Security’s Armored Vehicle Program. The role involves auditing procurement and supply chain processes, reviewing cost data, tracking contract deliverables, and advising on allowable costs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, travel up to 25%, and ensure compliance with federal regulations. A 5-year background in procurement or a related field or a finance degree is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in procurement, contracting, or finance, or a related Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for audits and meetings.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across agencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits and fleet planning in support of the AV Program.
• Gather and analyze cost data; prepare detailed audit documentation.
• Provide guidance on allowable costs, reasonableness, and cost allocation.
• Manage procurement projects covering procurement, contracting, auditing, and analysis.
• Monitor project progress and report status to procurement management.
• Collaborate to develop and refine business improvements and procurement processes.
