Job summary

IGNITE seeks a Program Analyst to support the Integrated Fires Directorate (IFD) within the Post-Software Release Analysis team for the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS). Responsibilities include analyzing software performance data, identifying defects, and supporting schedule, Agile execution, and cross-functional communication with engineers and Army customers.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of relevant professional experience delivering a product; defense/tech/aerospace background preferred.
Bachelor's degree in STEM or business-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Active Secret security clearance, or ability to obtain one.
Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Strong MS Office skills.
Self-starter with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

Analyze performance data for the IBCS software system to identify improvement opportunities.
Support RCCA processes to correct software defects and track Jira tickets.
Maintain an MS Project-based schedule for a cross-functional team and coordinate timelines.
Plan and track tasks in Jira; maintain a Confluence page for team communications.
Communicate risks, requirements, and priorities to internal stakeholders and the Army customer.
