Job summary

Ignite Now, headquartered in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Program Analyst to support the Integrated Fires Directorate. You will analyze software performance data, identify defects, and support Agile scheduling, cross-functional communication, and risk assessment for the IBSC program.

The role requires experience with Jira/Confluence, MS Project, and strong communication across government stakeholders. You will collaborate with analysts, engineers, and the Army customer in a fast-paced, mission-driven

Qualifications

3–5+ years of relevant professional experience, with a demonstrated track record of delivering a product; experience in defense, technology, or aerospace preferred
Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business-related discipline, or equivalent applicable experience
Active Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain one
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional technical and non-technical teams, including senior government and military stakeholders
Self-starter, internally motivated, and capable of working effectively with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

Analyze performance data for the IBCS software system to identify opportunities for improvement
Support root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) processes to help correct software defects
Track open Jira tickets and understand what is being developed, prioritized, and planned
Communicate the impact of performance findings and development priorities to the cross-functional team, including the Defensive Fires – Transformation and Lessons Learned Manager (TLLM)
